Sharing your IVORI experience: details that make feedback useful

If you choose to describe an IVORI experience, a few specific details can help someone understand what happened. These optional prompts work for positive, mixed or critical feedback. There is no need to cover every point or make your experience sound different from how it felt.

Start with the experience you actually had

Give the full model and design where relevant, such as IVORI One in Glacier or IVORI One Kids in Blueberry Rex. Say whether you ordered it, received it or used it, so the reader understands the scope of your account.

You can describe a genuine ordering or support experience even if the brush never arrived or you have not used it. Keep any comments about using the product to what you personally tried or observed.

Choose details that explain your view

Consider whichever questions fit:

  • What did you personally notice? If you used the brush, roughly how long had you been using it?
  • What worked well for you, and what was difficult, disappointing or unclear?
  • Which details concern the product itself, and which concern ordering, delivery or support?
  • What information would have helped you before choosing or at the point you needed assistance?

A concrete detail is easier to understand than a broad verdict. Explain what happened and what you expected, and say when something remains unresolved. You do not have to invent a positive point or a criticism to make the account seem balanced.

If you decide to post publicly

Check the actual platform’s rules first. In its guidance for marketers, the US Federal Trade Commission says some platforms prohibit reviews involving incentives or personal or financial connections, even with disclosure. Where posting is permitted, make relevant connections or incentives clear.

Keep order references, addresses, payment information and children’s identifying information out of public feedback. Explain your experience without including unnecessary private medical or personal details, and check any quoted messages too.

If the platform allows updates and you add a later observation, make clear what has changed since your original account. This helps readers distinguish the first experience from what happened afterwards.

Keep a product or order question separate

If you need an answer, you can use the IVORI contact form with your specific product or order question. Contacting IVORI is independent of whether you choose to share feedback, and whether that feedback is favourable, mixed or critical.
