Your IVORI order details: a quick check

After placing an IVORI order, take a moment to compare any confirmation, receipt or order details you receive with what you meant to choose. A short check now gives you a clear record to refer to later.

Match the model, design and quantity

Read the full product name and design together, then check the quantity for each selection. Colour alone can be ambiguous: IVORI One in Glacier and IVORI One Kids in Blueberry Rex are different models and designs, even though both have a blue colour scheme.

Compare the recorded selections with your own notes, if you made any. If something differs or a detail is missing, note the exact point you want clarified.

Check charges and discounts separately

Review the product charges, any discount shown, delivery charges and the final total recorded. Compare any offer with the terms that applied to your order.

For an eligible three-device pack from one range, the average per device is the pack price divided by three. Individual receipt lines need not display that average on every line. Check the recorded discount and total rather than assuming how the saving should be divided between items.

Read the delivery details recorded

Check any recipient name, delivery address, postcode and delivery service shown against what you intended. Keep any delivery information provided with the rest of the order records.

Keep one private record

Save the order reference, any confirmation or receipt, the applicable terms and any messages together somewhere private. The US Federal Trade Commission’s online-shopping guidance recommends keeping purchase details, payment records, seller policies and communications. That simple recordkeeping habit makes an order question easier to explain.

If something is unclear, use the IVORI contact form with the full model and design name and a concise explanation of the discrepancy. Keep payment credentials and unrelated personal information out of the message, and retain the reply with your records.
